There are not many restrictions for the plans of the houses that will be built around Marmaris. The plans are approved by the municipality.
For the places that are out of the municipality borders, the plans should be in coherent with the environment (the nature). They are under control by the city special provincial administration and the house plans are upto the zoning conditions.
OFF PLAN HOUSES
The houses for sale in process of construction have lots of advantages. Firstly, more convinient prices and payment conditions for that house groups are possible. Another important thing is ;you may change the inner plans/parts like the type and the colors of the ceramics,floor tiles, the materials for the doors and windows,cupboars, etc.
Especially in complexes, of plan sales are realized but plan changes are not possible.
BRAND NEW HOUSES
These are the most preferred types of houses. Especially the foreigners prefer to buy new houses which all legal procedures are completed, so they get rid of the forthcoming risks.
